Gus Vasquez Photography Logo

Logo Design Process:
My client is a photographer who, originally, had koi fish in his old logo but he wanted something more modernized. I noticed his old logo had the shutter of a camera and I wanted to play around with the shape of that.
I drew out some sketches and had my client offer insight to what he was looking for and we decided on a design. He wanted to have a colored option and then decided he also wanted to have a black and white option. The spacing between the body and fins was to create more of a shutter shape and feel.

1. Rough sketches (the four that seemed best options out of many sketches)
2. Chosen design rough sketch
3. Colored design
4-5. Slightly edited of the black and white design (colored logo also edited the same way) with slightly different variations
6. Final design
7. Final design on clients website
