Most people are unaware of the complex process involved in making sustainable and ethically sourced chocolate. I created this infographic to explain all of the steps from the fields of the Maya farmers in Belize to the store shelves as a packaged chocolate bar. All of Green & Black’s organic chocolate line is sourced from cocoa grown by Maya farmers using traditional sustainable agriculture.
